Review 1:
Finally a sunscreen that doesn't cause my baby to break out in rash and have eczema that lasts two weeks after! The stuff is very expensive but it works and is not irritating to the skin. When you squeeze it out of the bottle you get a fresh lemon scent, not one with a chemical smell and feel like other sunscreens. It is thick also so you don't need a whole lot to cover your baby.

It didn't seem to irritate my infant's eyes either. The water made it run a bit and she didn't seem to notice, even when she rubbed her eyes with her fists. Her eyes never got red or irritated. I like it so much I might start buying it for myself also.

Review 2:
I love this sunscreen! It is free of toxic chemicals (which is a huge plus!) but it also works perfectly for delicate little faces. This lotion protects better than others (like Aveeno for instance). It goes on thick, so you can see where you are putting it on and you can be sure you're not going to miss a spot. Make sure you rub it in well otherwise, it will in fact leave a whitish residue. The smell is not fishy at all - it is closer to a citronella fragrance. Not absolutely delightful, but not unpleasant either. I absolutely recommend this product.

Bought it for my daughter...Works really well...Doesn't get washed off by the water. Good product.

Review 4:
I wanted something without chemicals for my kids and this works great. You need to know a little bit goes a long way! But, don't be scared off from the "30+." I was afraid it wasn't a high enough SPF, but I have it on my baby and my toddler for all outdoor play, including the beach, and they have never burned.

Review 5:
I got this product because it's one of the super safe sunscreens recommended by the environmental working group. It's great, but if you sweat a lot it does sting your eyes a little bit. I also got Badger sunscreen at the same time, and it was equally good but did not sting my eyes, so I recommend badger sunscreen over this one.

Review 6:
We spent a week in the blazing sun at the beach and my fair skinned children didn't even blush thanks to this lotion. It is thick but easy to apply all over their little selves. They had a slight whitish tinge to their skin until it absorbed. However, they played in the full sun and water for several hours everyday and did not burn in the least. In fact, they both came home with tans.
This company was one of just a few that passed the Environmental World Groups study of sunblocks. It is completely safe for children. The company has also signed the "Compact for Safe Cosmetics" so you can feel very good about buying their products.
The lotion (not the unscented) has a lovely, citrusy aroma that we all liked, too.

we all use this sunscreen in our house and it works super well. it is great for sensitive skin. it lasts through dips in the pool. it smells nice too.

Review 8:
My baby was going to be under 6 months during the hot, sunny summer months. I bought this sunscreen for her and found that it was gentle and effective. I could reapply it as needed and she was fine.
It goes on pretty thick and white so you can really make sure you're spreading it everywhere you want to. However, I did find a little goes a long way or else it's too thick and you can't get it all rubbed in.
Even after a beach vacation, she didn't get a ray of sun.

Review 9:
I climb mountains, so my skin gets the maximum possible exposure to the sun (direct, high altitudes = less atmospheric protection, and reflection off the snow from below). I purchased this and three other highly rated sunscreens. The others are zinc or titanium oxide based. All do a fairly good job of protecting my skin.

The big difference, and why this one wins out over the others is the smoothness of application. The others are rather 'stiff', and require a fair bit of working in to get good coverage and no white spots. I always end up coming home with a spot or two that got missed (elbows, back of the arm, etc) and are bright pink. Not to mention the white stains on my shirts. With this sunscreen, it goes on smoothly, lasts the 3-5 hours between applications (may last longer, but I don't even try), and I don't have sensitive pink spots in out of the way places.
