Review 1:I love the gloves, and the lotion, which has the most wonderful lavender(essential oil) scent. The lotion has really helped my son's skin to heal from the severe dryness due to these cold Wisconsin winter months. I was so happy to find something that really does what it says it will do! What I love as much or more than the products, is the customer service. A+++++ I can't say enough about the care and helpfulness from the Malcom's representative making sure the orders were correct. Before I bought the gloves a while back, I had used plain white cotton gloves which were more expensive and didn't last, before they lost their shape. Then I found these great gloves- what a difference!! I have been using them regularly, and they are soft,supple and well made. Combined with the wonderful Malcolm's Miracle lotion (I am on my 3rd tube now!!) I have seen dramatic results with the skin of my hands and feet. My finger nail cuticles have also improved. I carry the sample tube with me everywhere and use it as needed. My hands look and feel marvelous, with no signs of dryness, aging or flaking.I recommend these products wholeheartedly.

Malcolm's Miracle Light Green Ultimate Moisturizing Gloves are the most comfortable and effective gloves I have ever worn. The cheapie gloves at the supermarket were annoying, but Malcolm's gloves remain on all night and bedding is protected from messy creams. They feel great these cold winter nights.

I have been using the gloves with the lotion sample whenever I start to feel a dermatitis flare-up. I typically wear it for about 20 minutes and by the next day I notice that the itching and swelling has been reduced tremendously. Overall, I would say that the lotion works fabulously but the glove is just a typical cotton-spandex glove. One of the gloves developed a rip in the side seams, but fortunately their customer service is awesome and they sent me a replacement pair free of charge and also included extra lotion samples.

I bought these gloves for someone else with the hope that they'd help with her eczema, but while it has helped in generally softening her hands, it has not done much with the core eczema problem. You'd think one would lead to the other, but not so.
Also, the lotion that is included with the gloves doesn't seem to be very effective. Aveeno Eczema Therapy seems to work better, at least, as far as I can tell. Aveeno Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream, 7.3-Ounce
From what I've seen of my friends who've had problems with skin issues, it seems a lot of the treatment is hit and miss. One treatment may work for Alice, but it doesn't work for Bob. The gloves definitely have their value in keeping the hands moist for an extended period of time, though. Definitely something worth trying if you haven't already

Not a fan of lavender, so was unable to use the moisturizer. However, the reason this product gets three stars is that a seam ripped the first time I put them on my relatively petite hands. Still useable, but less attractive because of their construction.
*Update 6/20/11: Great customer service. Was contacted by company owner and sent a replacement pair. I like the gray color even more than the green. Am still allergic to the lavender scent of the moisturizer.

...but the lotion is nothing to write home about. For real results, use these gloves with a moisturizer containing alpha hydroxy acids. Your hands will thank you!
